-Conglomerate of Westminster and Rotary Constitution
-18-30 years old (Member until June 30th of year you turn 30)
-Must be a student at a higher education institution
-60% attendance to meetings and events
Chartered at Westminster
-Access to facilities, printing, etc.
-Promotion at Westminster, but no other colleges
-Other university students are welcome
